Can we train moral leaders? Harvard Business School seems to think so. But to do it, they need to teach business leaders to embrace ambiguity, uncertainty and not having all the answers.

Beware of charismatic leaders - they’re much more susceptible to susceptible to disastrous ethical lapses. The problem, is that charismatic leaders surround themselves with sycophantic people so there’s no reality check. Once that’s in place, it’s all downhill.
